i’m slated to show some of my work on walls, at a starbucks in downtown seattle (guess which one of the over 100! :D) in april…i’ve named the theme “Garish Snapshots”. i’m trying out different printing options. i’m hoping that my stuff from whcc works out really well, i was quite pleasantly surprised at the quality of the prints at costco! i think they’d do fine to show off, when framed, but we’ll see. i intend to use whcc, or our local ivey for any sold prints.

we had so much fun today. just me & the kids @ gasworks park. the weather was gorgeous, journey spent the whole day without her binky and minimal hassle, jaden was whiney as usual, but held out despite no “lunch” until 3p.m. (just snacks), and jaylie was super helpful.

the weather was gorgeous. we even got out of our jackets for a while!

i lost my doggone favorite hat, however…:-( i think the store i bought it from is closed down now too.

wow…They said it was gonna be bad out today. we were quite happy They were wrong.

i did notice something while out there though, and was wondering, why there were no black folk at gasworks park?…where do blackfolk hang out here when it’s nice? i’ll hopefully have that answer next time i talk to my boy chris. :)
